1. AGREEING TO THE TERMS

Welcome to More&More (the "Company"). You agree to these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") if you download, install, access, or play any of our mobile games, such as Trix, Tarneeb, Tarneeb 41, Tarneeb 400, Beriba, or any other games we offer (together, the "Games").

By downloading, installing, or playing our games, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or play our games.

2. ELIGIBILITY

✓You are at least 13 years old (or have parental permission if between 13-18).
✓You have the full power and authority to agree to these terms.
✓You do not reside in a country under U.S. embargo or designated as "terrorist-supporting."

3. ACCOUNTS

3.1 & 3.2 Management

You are responsible for keeping your account info private and for everything that happens under your account. You must notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

3.3 & 3.4 Security & Termination

We care about security but cannot guarantee 100% prevention of unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or end accounts for breaking terms without notice.

4. RULES AND BEHAVIOR

Game Mechanics

Trix: 5 contracts, counter-clockwise play.
Tarneeb: Partnership play, 7-13 trick bids.
Tarneeb 41/400: High-score & Lebanese variants.
Beriba: 108 cards, wild cards, and 7-card sets.

Code of Conduct

• No Cheating, hacks, or automation bots.
• No Harassment, bullying, or spamming.
• No Impersonation of employees.
• No Manipulation of rankings/leaderboards.

Fair Play Enforcement

Breaking fair play rules can result in leaderboard removal, score resets, temporary suspensions, or permanent permanent bans at our sole discretion.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

MORE AND MORE, our licensors, or other providers own all content, software, text, images, and designs. They are protected by international copyright and patent laws.

License Granted

Limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal entertainment only.

User Content

Feedback given becomes our property with a worldwide, royalty-free license to use.

6. MULTIPLAYER & SOCIAL

•Integration with Apple Game Center & Google Play Games.
•Public leaderboards display your username and rank.
•Automatic matchmaking based on player availability.
•Friend-related features may access your platform friends list.

7. VIRTUAL ITEMS

We reserve the right to manage, regulate, and eliminate virtual items at any time without notice or liability.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Games may contain links to third-party sites or ads. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

THE GAMES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE GAMES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MORE AND MORE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months or $100.

11. PROTECTION (INDEMNITY)

You agree to protect and indemnify MORE AND MORE from any claims or costs resulting from your breach of these terms or your use of the games.

12. CHANGES AND UPDATES

We may change these terms or the games at any time. Continued play after changes signifies your agreement to the new Terms.

13. APP STORE TERMS

These Terms are between you and the Company alone, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for maintenance or support of the Games.
